CHEA-EE INDUSTRIES TRANSPORTATION

Chea-Ee industries usually use land transportation, but they also use sea transportation if they have customers in other countries for example customer from Indonesia. Chea-Ee industries has their favourite suppliers, but they also have a backup supplier in case their favourite supplier can't meet their needs. Since Chea-Ee Industries doesn't have its own vehicle, it hired a lorry from a company that does courier work.

First, Chea-Ee Industries calls the courier service and asks them to send a truck. Then, they went to their supplier to get raw materials. The amount of raw materials needed depends on what customers want. Because they want to keep the quality of the material in good shape. When the courier gets the supplies, they take them to the Chea-Ee warehouse. Chea-Ee and the delivery service get along well because they can help each other out.

Second, if the Chea-Ee industries production factory was ready to start working on the order, the courier went back to the warehouse to get the raw materials and bring them to the production factory so they could start working on the customer order. Then, the courier service waits for Chea-Ee industries to call them when the customer's goods are ready.

Lastly, Chea-Ee is ready to ship the customer's goods when she has finished them. They call the courier service to pick up the goods and send them to the customer. Before Chea-Ee industries sends the goods to the courier service, they have to check the goods' condition. This way, if the goods get damaged during shipping, Chea-Ee can sue the courier service for the damages. Why Chea-Ee likes to do business with the courier service company is because they provide door-to-door service. This can make customers happy, and they'll be more likely to do business with Chea-Ee industries again.
